What this page covers

This is the privacy statement for drmruganknarvekar.com, the website of Dr. Mrugank Narvekar. It explains what information the site collects when you visit or contact the practice, how it is used, and how it is kept.

What the site collects

Server logs. When you load a page, the web server records the request — the URL you visited, the time, your browser type, and the IP address of your device. These logs are used only to keep the site working (diagnosing slow pages, blocking abuse). They are retained for a limited period and then discarded.

Contact form submissions. If you send an enquiry via the contact form, the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and message you enter are transmitted to the practice email address at [email protected]. Nothing else about the submission is stored on the site itself. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form from automated abuse; Turnstile does not personally identify you.

WhatsApp and phone. When you click a WhatsApp link or a phone number on this site, your device opens WhatsApp or your phone dialler. That interaction is between you and Meta / your telecom operator; the site itself does not record it.

What the site does not collect

• No third-party advertising trackers
• No analytics that identify you personally
• No cookies used for retargeting or profiling
• No health information beyond what you voluntarily type into the contact form

Your imaging and reports

If you send imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) or medical reports to the practice over WhatsApp, email, or the contact form, they are treated as confidential clinical information. They are shared only with clinical staff involved in your care and are not published or reused. Please do not attach large imaging files to the site’s contact form — WhatsApp or email are more appropriate channels.

Requesting deletion of your data

If you have sent an enquiry through the site and would like the practice to delete your message and any associated information, email [email protected] from the same address you originally used, with the subject “Please delete my records.” Requests are acknowledged within a working week.

Updates to this page

Material changes to this policy will be indicated by the last-updated date at the top of this document. Substantive updates are otherwise rare.
